The most common question we get is "What's the catch?" and to be honest, there is no catch. We keep it simple with low monthly fees and low transaction fees that can be collected from the client.

We charge a $250 monthly fee for use of our task manager, transaction software, signature platform, CRM, design suite, email, online storage, printing/paper, franchise library of videos/resources, and use of the office space and sign panels. 

Out of pocket, our agents pay for their yearly REALTOR Association fees, E&O ($500/year), Supra key ($15/month), and sign install/removal.
