Doing business strictly with your Sphere of Influence? Hell yeah. Focusing on cold calling? That's not for the faint of heart, props to ya. Want to just buy and sell your own properties or investments? Go for it. Want to form a team? Works for us. Want to do real estate on the side while working a 9 to 5? Sounds good.
