Dean Sappas

As a trusted real estate advisor for my clients, I understand that selling or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is a lot at stake financially and personally. My personal and professional background has led to many transferable skills that I utilize in real estate. Personally, I grew up in the south hills in Upper St. Clair and I reside in South Fayette with my wife Michelle and two children. I actively volunteer and network within the Greater Pittsburgh Area. 

Growing up in a family painting business, it taught me to wear many hats, including managing projects, estimating, negotiations and payroll. Also, I was a post-close mortgage auditor during the peak of the CoronaVirus demand. My experience taught me several lessons regarding time management and prioritizing tasks. Also during this time, I attended and graduated from Robert Morris University with a MBA in Supply Chain and Logistics Management. I met Joey Booker (Broker of RealtyCo) at the Pittsburgh RAW real estate event in 2022 at the Rivers Casino. He inspired me to pursue my passion for real estate and by the next RAW event, I was a licensed Realtor with my first deal closed, and two more under contract.
