RealtyCo was started for two reasons:
Simplify real estate for our clients and break all the molds of a traditional brokerage for our agents.
Headed up by Joey Booker and Ryan Scialabba, the pair combines for over two decades of experience in real estate sales and investments. Having worked in both corporate and boutique brokerages, completing nearly 2000 transactions, they've seen what works and what doesn't. It's no secret that most clients and agents want the marketing and tech capabilities of the bigger brokerages...why? It's the reason your home sells for more and it's how agents do more of what they love - selling.
It's also no secret that most of the same people want the service and attention that comes with a boutique brokerage. So what did we do? We wrote down a list of all the things we've loved over the years, all the things we didn't, the core values we'd live by, the type of agents we wanted on our team....and got to work. Now, backed by powerful technology on all fronts; marketing, client relations, and transaction management, we're so excited for the opportunity to deliver an over the top customer experience. Our agents believe in service first, going above and beyond for our clients, and simply doing what it takes - We Are RealtyCo.
